John Cyrus

Mr. John Cyrus is a highly experienced senior IT executive and business solutions leader with over 25 years in the field of federal management and technology. He holds certification as a cybersecurity executive from Harvard University and has a proven track record of successful IT strategy development, planning, and execution of large-scale engineering technology portfolios for both the public and private sectors. As a thought leader in emerging technologies such as AI, RPA, and intelligent automation, he currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Consilium Services LLC.

Mr. Cyrus previously served as a Senior IT Executive Corporate and Trademarks Portfolio Manager at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). In this role, he led IT investments for the office’s Corporate, Trademarks (NextGen and legacy), Policy, Technology Sustaining, Dissemination, and Enterprise Business Systems portfolios, and was a founding co-lead of the USPTO’s Intelligent Automation COI. He made significant contributions to the agency, including saving IT budget costs, successfully managing up to five portfolios simultaneously, and resolving a Congressional interest item by leading a team that developed and deployed a system to track employee badging in under a year.
