Robert Nathan is the President/CEO of DataNet Systems Company, a 36-year old IT services company located in Washington, DC. DataNet provides Information Technology solutions and services to the Federal, State, and Local governments. Over the years, Bob has worked in various executive positions, serving as COO, CTO, Director, Program Manager, etc. He has over 36 years of progressive experience in executive management, business development and delivery management.

On the social and community services front, Mr. Nathan has served as: President, IIT Madras Alumni Association of North America (IITMAANA), leading an organization of 2000+ Alumni, Cupertino, CA. He also serves as Charter Board member of the Capital IIT Alumni Association, and the WHEELS Global Foundation, Washington, DC. He currently serves as the Outreach Chair in the Executive Committee for the upcoming PanIIT 2024 Global Conference to be held in January 2024.

Mr. Nathan has a BTech degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras; an MS degree in Gas Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT), Chicago, and an MS in Computer Systems Management, from the University of Maryland, College Park, Maryland.
