With over two decades of experience as an engineering leader in the technology sector, Pramod Karuthedathumana brings a wealth of professional expertise and organizational leadership to his philanthropic endeavors. He currently serves as an Engineering Leader at Broadcom, where he applies his deep technical background to drive complex engineering initiatives.

Pramod’s journey with Pallium India began in Seattle through a serendipitous series of events involving his daughter and Dr. M. R. Rajagopal’s inspiring memoir, Walk with the Weary. After reading the book and having the profound opportunity to hear from Dr. Rajagopal directly, Pramod was deeply moved by the organization’s mission to alleviate health-related suffering. He took immediate action by spearheading a corporate fundraising event at his workplace, an effort that sparked a long-term dedication to the cause.

Upon relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area, Pramod continued his involvement by volunteering for local outreach efforts. He actively works to organize community fundraising and awareness events, including local walkathons, and is proud to be part of the volunteer network that has made Pallium India a regular participant in Bay Area gatherings.
